Decent Products, Checkout Could Be Better
I ordered the Phyto-Nature Firming Serum last week during their site-wide sale. The product itself feels quite luxurious and I'm hopeful for some good results over time. However, the checkout process was a bit frustrating; I had some trouble applying the coupon code and it took a few tries to get it to register properly, which wasn't ideal. Delivery was on time, and the packaging was secure, but compared to some other brands like Paula's Choice, the overall experience was just okay. Honestly, I've tried so many different cleansers, even from places like Paula's Choice, but the Special Cleansing Gel from Dermalogica just hits different. However, my package took almost two weeks to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. I even tried to see if I could add samples to my cart, but there wasn't a clear option for it during checkout, and I forgot to ask customer service. It would be nice if they offered a few complimentary samples like some other high-end brands do.

I placed an order last week for the Invisible Physical Defense SPF30 and it arrived pretty quickly, which was great. I was a bit bummed that I couldn't stack a second coupon code with the one I found on this site, but I understand that's standard for most retailers. The SPF itself is fantastic – no white cast and feels light. I just wish Dermalogica was more transparent about their animal testing policies, as that's something I always check before buying. Overall, good products and a decent shopping experience, but that one point keeps it from being perfect for me.
